Understood, but trumped by a widespread desire that SCOTUS issue a definitive ruling on the case, so that the issue may move forward accordingly. We've been waiting on the "third box" for a very long time, and wish to get on with moving to either the second or fourth boxes.

Remember who’s the swing vote on this??? Someone who I’d rather not give the chance to screw this up at this particular juncture...

We already know who’s going to go where on this with 8 of them...

This is 5-4 either way you look at it...

Once this goes down, one side of the equation is going to be put down for a very long time...

Hope you got plenty of ammo stocked up...

And if it goes our way...Fine...I’ve just been of the opinion that I’d rather the SCOTUS not get a crack at this just yet...
