A report published today by the influential Institute for Public Policy Research argues that finding and forcibly deporting all Britain's illegal workers would cost £4.7 billion and take 30 years.

The study says if these migrants were allowed to stay they would pay £1 billion a year in tax to the Treasury.

Funny, how these so-called think tanks never address:

  1. How much keeping them would cost.
  2. How much of the estimated £4.7 billion and 30 years time estimate is due to costs imposed by the legal vipers.
  3. How much the £1 billion a year in tax to the Treasury will be off-set by payments from the treasury to support the illegal workers and their spawn.

Of course, anyone who asks such logical questions are immediately shouted down as racists and xenophobes.
