I listen to the teachings of Christ and have relationship with Him in spirit. I remember Christ admonishing us to pay attention and these warning signs occur but the end is not yet, what the catalyst of the ‘end’ is (this end has a new beginning for earth and mankind). I agree the timeframes are in decades or even entire centuries. My understandings and perhaps yours comes from reading the bible cover to cover and also having the gift of prophecy. No, it is not centuries to these events it is no longer even decades. The event of the regional war Ezekial mentions is within this decade. The second event is a global war as described in Revelations, with the catalyst being the four angels unbound at the river Euphrates (which goes flows between Iraq and Iran). So Iran is the key whom starts the regional war and also Iran/Iraq the key to setting other chains of events mentioned in Revelations in motion. I do not live out of fear but out of faith.
It could all be a metaphor we can’t possibly understand until after it happens.
