Simple:
1. Don't make babies
2. Man + Woman = Marriage
3. Man works at job, woman working optional
3. Now have babies

The other nine have an uncle in the house.Uncle Sam.and on the first day of each months he sends at least one check "home" to support his "nieces and nephews".

I guess I am fortunate, for ~40% of my black friends are married, with kids, and ~1/2 of them have their wives home with the kids. (yes, they are conservative, and are proud of it!)

Of course, there are quite a few also who are of the mindset that they are due, and deserve more (money, authority, etc.) without having earned it.
