Just curious, but in the past, has any terrorist group ever given warning before they attacked? I can't remember any incidents, but I'm wondering if this had ever been the MO of any terrorist group?

Only non-muslim terrorists warn before they attack... most non-muslim terrorists dont really want to kill people.. they want their political concerns to get attention and addressed.

The Basque terrorists used to call in warnings. One faction of the IRA had a sophisticated system with code words so that the police would know it was a real threat. And I think the Corsicans also give warnings.
