My experience with (entirely too many) liberals is they are filled to bursting with rage.
It's one reason they favor a government that controls everything. They assume we are all as enraged and the only hope for an orderly society is a government big enough to force everyone (else) to stay in line...
The main reason why liberals want big government is because they assume that they and their buddies will be in control of it.
