As I often point out the only time in my life I was fired it was by a flaming-gay boss. He of course was hired to give the company some better diversity.

I was asked at work in a "supposedly anonymous" survey this question: You can be yourself at work.
Of course, I answered no. If I was truly myself at work, I'd be harrassed for being a conservative bigot who despises idiot co-workers - no matter what color their skin or orientation.
