We need that for IED factories in Iran to stop the shipment of said devices to Iraq. Iran produces some of the most IED devices that kills people in Iraq.

The previous administration didn’t seem to have any issue with lobbing a couple when they saw fit, without a declaration of war. All we’d need are about 6 or 10, with at least one directed in the general direction of the State Dept., just to encourage them to get their heads out of their asses.
