The Palestinians, Alone

Some 6,000 Palestinians have been stranded for the past month on the Egyptian side of the border with the Gaza Strip because of the closure of the Rafah border crossing. The terminal was closed after the European monitors who had operated there for the past two years left their jobs following Hamas’s takeover of the Gaza Strip in mid-June. At least 20 of these Palestinian travelers have died either of illness or other causes while waiting on the Egyptian side. Most of them are complaining that the Egyptian authorities are not doing anything to alleviate their suffering. Attempts by Israel to find a solution to this humanitarian crisis have been foiled by both Fatah and Hamas, who turned down an Israeli offer to help the Palestinians return home through the Israeli-controlled border crossing at Kerem Shalom.

Meanwhile, not a single Arab country has come forth to help the marooned Palestinians. Egyptian and Palestinian families living along the border have been hosting some of them, but the majority, including women and children, are forced to sleep in mosques and on sidewalks.

Another perfect example of Muslim nations not caring one damn bit about the “mistreated” Palestinians. None of the Middle East countries care one bit about these people. They’re using them as a means to blame Israel. War is coming big time. Meanwhile, the American people are clueless especially the RINOs and Liberal morons in DC.

But I am shocked! Arab leaders talk about the Palestiinians all the time! You mean to tell me that their concern is nothing but a political bludgeon to use against Israel and the U.S.? That they are just trading on Western guilt?! What?

I don’t notice former “First Lady of the Pals” Suha Arafat with all her millions lifting a finger to help either. She’s too busy living the good life in Europe on her ill-gotten gains.

And they are so well known for their altruism. It's truly a mystery.

The Palestinians made their bed, they can sleep in it, too. Pride comes before the fall. This whole misfortune could have been averted in 1948.

IMO, these Muslim elitists are no different than the hypocrite elitists in the US Congress. They’re all out for themselves and screw anything or anyone else. They only speak out about the “unwashed masses” when it works for them in their quest for power. IMO, they’re all arrogant, worthless human debris and a plague on society.
