You may be right. Or perhaps a sailboat. All those people vacating may well vacate their slips and sell their boats cheap also.

That is a good idea. Lots of retirees RV down here in the winter and pull up stakes in the spring. You could avoid the property taxes on improvements if you could own your own lot and you wouldn’t need property insurance, either!
