Hmmmm... Didn’t he just damage government property by doing this? I thought if you did something really stupid while on active duty that got yourself hurt you could be charged, is that true?

I've got a feeling the goring is going to be the least of his worries when he gets back to base. If I'm not mistaken, when I was in the service and stationed in central america, anyone who required medical attention due to sunburn could have been subjected to an Article 15....for damaging military property.
We called it it "Stupid Action Penalty".....
