FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida (CNN) -- Francisco Rodriguez owes more than $10,000 in back child support payments in a paternity case involving a 15-year-old girl who, according to DNA results and the girl's mother, is not his daughter.

Been watching these types of threads for a while.
Predicatably, it only takes about ten posts for the “feelings” post to pop up. Congratulations, you’re number 8.
The guy was a victim of FRAUD. To the tune of EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS...all of which the court has just said; “too bad, so sad...no refund...no crimminal charges for the crimminal mother either!”.
Hopefully, the little girl learned a HUGE lesson about ethics from ho-mommy and won’t make the same mistake. Absolutely no reason on earth why that man should be liable, or be compelled to guilt for waliking away!
p.s. I am adopted. My adoptive parents knew that I wasn’t theirs and they CHOSE me. I was not a fraudulent scam perpetrated upon them by some crimminal (who now has complete amnesty from her crime!) grifter seeking to cover up her infidelity and promescuity by stealing from others.
I do believe I made clear that I was not addressing that case, except to agree wholeheartedly with that man being free of financial responsibilities.
I usually count the number of posts before someone willfully ignores what others have said in order to bash someone with no basis for it. Yours, if not actually #1, certainly is in first place for that. It must be difficult for you, but do try to pay attention to what others are actually writing.
