...a whole bottle of “excessively happy”, I’d say...
Howie sounds extraordinarily cheerful though! Like he knows he has them by the short hairs!
Hey, elephants never forget!
I think he did have a liquid lunch with his lawyer.
“My heart feels like an alligator”Nuff said!!
Especially the pink elephants?
I think this may be the last chumpline?
Okay, okay, on RKO, anyway...
Howie probably came in early just so he could run into Finneran.
That would also make a classic YouTube moment if a camera was also available.
I would love to be a fly on the wall with all of the conversations that are still going on and that will be going on in the future between Howie Carr and all of the “higher ups” at WRKO.
Christmas bonuses at WRKO will be left over Bum Magnents and crappy CD’s.
Your optimistic enough to believe that WRKO will definitely still be around by this December.
Anyone else catch Howie mentioning how much Don Imus has done for his career?
I really enjoy listening to Howie in the afternoon, it’s going to be difficult to listen to him in the morning. Actually impossible if he doesn’t get any affiliates up in NH.
Yeah, this one is right up there for memorable...
I’ll bet Jason Wolfe is sitting in his office listening to the broadcast. I’d also wager steam is coming from his ears.
He did refer to how
nice it was that Don Imus is helping his career...
Still no word of Sandy’s future, have you heard so much as a rumor?
>>another one bites the dust.......
well they play that song every death pool anyway
nothing yet...of course once HC starts on WTKK get used to a different voice doing the intro and “bumpers”. No Dana
Hersey. Maybe the “voice” of WTKK who is heard saying things like “Boston’s only talk station” (er, I guess they mean
WRKO isn’t full time what with the Sox, but what about
WTTT 1150?) and “She’s goooooooooood! Ingraham! on 96.9
FM talk”
_That_ guy...
