I wonder that, too. Carter never met a terrorist he couldn't like. No matter what G. Bush does, he could never top Jimmuh for arrogance, stupidity and unmitigated gall--nor could he top Jimmuh in doing in the US. I won't list the well-known Carter blunders, but he is responsible for much of mid-east troubles and No. Korean problems.
