Actually that was the court that believed Tim Russert’s recollection over Scooter Libby’s. But having Russert’s coworker, neighbor and friend Denis Collins as the Jury Foreman was completely impartial.

Why are the elected Black representatives so far out of the mainstream? Surely their constituents would be much better served by Reps who were not on the fringe?
One would think they might put all this energy into something that would actually benefit their constituents, many of whom are stuck in underperforming schools, denied their constitutional rights by big city machines, and otherwise suffer under mal-government more than most other demographic groups.
