As I understand from the article, he was already missing one leg, and severe gangrene in the second.

It would probably have become neccessary to remove that leg, no matter where or what treatment he would recieve. The headline would have read Man Loses leg due to israeli doctors.

Dont want to misinform, had is more the operative word. Democracy has allows the Jihadi to express themselves in government, and the fruit is real chaos.
