Interesting...... can you link which volume of the trial testimony that contains this allegation by these officers?... I haven’t read them all but haven’t seen that anywhere in the parts I’ve read... Thanks.
It has been a while since I read the testimony. However, there was one other officer who involved in the chance, the one that basically accused Ramos of cutting him off that was on the scene.
He didn't chase the suspect, so he didn't directly observe what happened. He however had to have heard the shots.
I think there may have been another officer there as well at that time, but I don't remember.
