Yes I believe unborn babies are "persons" and I believe their life is protected by the fourteenth amendment. I don't believe the SCOTUS, if they overturn Roe, will allow states to decide whether most abortions are legal or not. I do not believe there is any way SCOTUS is going to say abortion is a "States Rights" matter, to do so would be inconsistent with too many other decisions on "fundamental rights" which they have found to be protected by the U.S. Constitution. Well, in that case, the war is over, and we've won totally and permanently.
