Hogwash or not, he’ll still have to run the media gauntlet just like the rest of them (with the exception of Hillary).
It's too long for me to read. I simply asked who do you support. It should not take have of a Steven King novel to give me an answer.
Once again, you are supporting who?
Amen Jim....AMEN!
Typical string of Romney prevarications.
He still supports cloning. He just calls it "Altered Nuclear Transfer."
He still supports the destruction of human embryos for the purposes of experimentation, as long as they are "unwanted" embryos left over from fertility treatments. [And, he is still taking money from those who stand to profit financially from embryonic stem cell research.]
He proudly signed his socialized medicine RomneyCare scheme into law, even though it provides abortions.
His record is not quite as he presented it on "emergency contraception," either. What a shock.
"A new law to make emergency contraception more available in Massachusetts continues to be a political rollercoaster for Governor Mitt Romney. He supported expanded access when campaigning for governor, but vetoed a bill expanding access, earlier this year. The bill then passed over his veto. Earlier this week, the governor sought to exempt Catholic and other private hospitals from having to offer 'morning after pills' to rape victims. Then yesterday, he reversed his position." - WBUR Radio, Boston, 12/9/2005
Etc., etc., etc...
He’s a Ron Paul supporter...
As we all guessed early on...
i watched die hard 2 last night.
Ron Paul = 2%
Ron Paul wants us to ask Bin Laden why he does not like us. That means Ron Paul does not realise that heads are coming off in Thailand, Philipines, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen and many other places that have nothing to do with the US foreign policy, nothing to do with jews, nothing to do with Palestine there’s only one common factor and it’s not noticed by Ron Paul.
It’s all about Iraq, isn’t it?
Yep, it’s all about Iraq, Ron Paul and...
India and the Sudan and Algeria and Afghanistan and New York and Pakistan and Israel and Russia and Chechnya and the Philippines and Indonesia and Nigeria and England and Thailand and Spain and Egypt and Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia and Ingushetia and Dagestan and Turkey and Kabardino-Balkaria and Morocco and Yemen and Lebanon and France and Uzbekistan and Gaza and Tunisia and Kosovo and Bosnia and Mauritania and Kenya and Eritrea and Syria and Somalia and California and Argentina and Kuwait and Virginia and Ethiopia and Iran and Jordan and United Arab Emirates and Louisiana and Texas and Tanzania and Germany and Australia and Pennsylvania and Belgium and Denmark and East Timor and Qatar and Maryland and Tajikistan and the Netherlands and Scotland and Chad and Canada and China and...
...and pretty much wherever Muslims believe their religion tells them to:
“Fight those who do not believe in Allah, ... nor follow
the religion of truth... until they pay the tax in acknowledg-ment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.”
Qur’an, Sura 9:29
Well then he certainly has no chance in hell of winning the primaries. I know more about that guy than I do Ron Paul, I guess.
This post slipped past me. Busy day.
That’s ridiculous.
All I’m trying to do is get conservatives’ focus back on the core principles of the unalienable right to life. If they don’t return there, they will have squandered the only true intellectual, legal and moral arguments against abortion, and made it impossible to end the holocaust.
How many babies have already lost their lives because of this rampant ignorance of those core issues, and how many more will have to die before everyone stands up, and stands together, for the inalienable right to life, and for the self-evident personhood of the unborn?
Well, duh. He is running for president (or will be) on the Republican ticket. Of course the media will be gunning for him. And people who are “more conservative than thou” will be right there with the dems and the media trying to torpedo his candidacy. Goes with the territory. But I see him as the Rudy killer and I will be thrilled to see him come into the race and take the wind out of Rudy’s sales.
I’ll also be thrilled to see all conservative boats rising as Giuliani and Mccain’s boats are sinking!
Damn the torpedoes!! Run, FRed, run!!
Last time: READ THE THIRD PARAGRAPH OF 415.
nothing u said in that post merited a flame. I thought it well said.
If he is a Tennessee moderate, how did he end up with an 86.1% rating from the American Conservative Union? Moderate now is anyone with less than a 90% rating?
The facts are that he is the most conservative candidate with a chance to win the nomination.
ACU ratings are a joke, designed to provide cover for incumbent Senators. Not impressed.
EV, just checking your knee-jerk auto-response. Cool, still working.
It’s a pity you arent spending more time fighting the decline of American civilization at the hands of Democrats,
Slouching towards ...

If I only had a nickel for every time I've heard that argument.
Enjoy Bush III. That is, if he can even win.
