NC one of only 14 states that does not recognize the death of an unborn child (WRAL USES FETUS = CHILD) .....as a result of the influence of the pro-abortion special interests over the NC Democratic Party which has controlled State Government (Govenorship / Legislature) for the overwhelming majority of time in the last 50 years.

Maddeningly - despite this horrendous crime and others like it in NC recently - the NC Legislature did not find time to even debate the issue this session....."House Bill 263, which would have made the death of a fetus a separate crime, didn't make a deadline to be heard by a legislative committee this session, said state Rep. Debra Ross, D-Wake.

If all parties get together, a study could emerge for the next legislative session, Ross said."

Spread it far and wide: an unborn baby - is not a person in NC. Therefore it is open season on pregnant women here......as far as the Democrats in power here are concerned!
