Al Gore's daughter showed up to bail baby brother Al Jr. out of the slammer and paid in cold hard cash -- with twenty large!
Law Enforcement sources tell TMZ, when Sarah Gore came to Orange County Jail to bail out Lil' Al, she brought $20,000 dollars in CASH! Green indeed!
Al Gore Jr. was busted on suspicion of drug possession last week, after his Prius was pulled over for doing 100 on an OC freeway and sniffin' Sheriffs smelled weed in his car. A search of the vehicle turned up marijuana, Valium, Xanax, Vicodin, Adderall and Soma.

IIRC, if a law enforcement officer catches someone carrying that much cash on their person, the officer can simply seize the cash without filing any charges. Not likely to happen with the Gore family, though.
I fear Algore as president MORE than Hillary! Hillary! has detractors, and her own personality would keep her from running roughshod over the country.
Algore on the other hand is universally loved by the looney left. They’d give him free reign to destroy our economy in an effort to stop the sun from heating our planet.

My Dad and I had this very conversation a little while ago. His point, and one I agree with, is that Hillary! is a power-mad, um, witch....but she's political enough to be worked with, or worked around.
AlGore is very likely crazy. He'd be perfectly happy if all of his constituents were living in caves, while he flew around in his private jet praising them for being carbon neutral.
It's a moot point, as neither Dad nor I will be supporting either of them in '08, but it was an interesting conversation, nonetheless.
Given what Albore III was arrested for, they should have been allowed to assume that anyone carrying $20K cash on his behalf might be involved in drug trafficking...... they could have tossed her in the slammer with little ‘bro while they sorted it all out!!
The Gore family probably offered the police $20,000 in carbon offsets and free tickets to the Live Earth Concert. The police declined and told them to bring money instead.
