It's not the child's fault it got HIV, it's not my fault to not want anything to do with it either.
It is ok for you to be cautious. The parents of the child should also be cautious. I am no doctor but I thought people with HIV or AIDS should be careful about picking up things from OTHER people. I would not want the tyke potentially swallowing pool water, etc. An infection or bug that a so-called normal person can handle can endanger someone with compromised immunity. I think.
I agree with the park owner. HIV/AIDS is too serious to take a chance, no matter who the person is. I feel sorry for the family and the little boy.....but that’s the way it is.

To think of all the times your family has been ‘In contact’ with someone with HIV/Hepatitis and any of the other illnesses out there makes you statement more laughable. For every person that tells everyone they have a disease, there are 5 that don’t tell or don’t know yet.
