The way I read his statement was that Christianity can’t be fully practiced under a hostile system.. meaning that Christians woulnd’t be able to positively influence a society if that society was surpress it.
Then he raised the Anti-Christian acts that have been going on here in the US , stating that the weakening of Christian public civic values has created a weakness in society that the Muslims are exploiting.
That’s my reading between the lines.
Ah, okay I think I understand his point, even if I (respectfully) disagree.
