A few “unknowns” were close to the front of yesterdays finish.
Can one of them steal it from the “Usual suspects”?
We’ll see.

Do you guys post in any of the bike forums? I’m so sick of the velonews forum board, it’s become a haven for PC ranters Bush bashers

I’m still waiting for my $12 VeloNews magazine TdF preview. I don’t know who to be mad at: the USPS or the USPS. Grrrrr.
Thanks for posting this—GO LEVI.

Leading trio 5’50” in front of the Peloton.
How far out will the lead teams let them go before setting the hook and dragging them back?

Dunno! From eurosport: Of the three escapees, Euskaltel's Ruben Perez is the man best-placed in the general classification, 48 seconds behind Cancellara, in 53rd place. He is now in the virtual yellow jersey. Sieberg (Milram) is 131st, 1'05" back, while Hervé is 187th, 4'15" back.

Checking in, did I miss anything?
The official tour site stage map is confusing because it’s so out of scale. Are there three cat 5 ‘s today?

Nope, today's stage is for sprinters, the course is as flat as a pancake crêpe!
