The arrest of Middle Eastern medics in connection with the car bombings raises questions about the profile of terrorist suspects and who should be stopped and questioned. -
There is a powerful public perception that men of Asian, Middle Eastern or north African appearance, many of whom will be Muslims, are far more likely than white people to be stopped and questioned or searched by police under anti-terror legislation. -
Many people in ethnic minority communities believe this amounts to an unofficial use of racial "profiling", targeting Muslims. -
advertisementPolice denials that they stereotype certain ethnic groups and the insistence of transport officials that airport security checks are random fall on deaf ears. -
The suspicions have only been strengthened by some comments by leading police figures. -
The former Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Lord Stevens, declared that terrorism was a problem for the Muslim community and backed profiling. -
Ian Johnston, the head of British Transport Police, suggested that "we should not waste time searching old white ladies".

Muslims feel Persecuted but Evidence says Not
what other group straps suicide bomb belts onto themselves and children and tries to kill as many innocents as possible?
What other group drives car bombs into crowds and tries to kill as many innocents as possible?
What other group hijacks airplanes, flies them into skyscrapers and kills as many innocent people as possible???
Persecuted.....nope...but ~what other group of animal terrorists in the world should be persecuted???
uhhhh...how did you know the cashier was a “raghead”? Did he have a turban on his head? If so, you just insulted a Sikh, not a Muslim.
Just understand that some “rag heads” may be Sihks who are all about as anti-Islamist as they come. Sihk head-dress is generally very elegantly wrapped and often blue or purple colored.
“What other group drives car bombs into crowds and tries to kill as many innocents as possible”
Haven’t you got the memo? White protestant males wearing NASCAR racing caps are to be villified when-ever possible. Amish farmers are also suspect...never know what they are carrying in those black buggies of theirs...perhaps methane bombs derived from their manure piles back on their farms?!! Yeah...howabout them Mennonites? Southern Baptists poisoning us with transfat laden fried chicken/fishfry church suppers?
Man I tell you every-one is out to get us every-where...except for the good folks of the ISLAMIST ROP...why just the nicest folks you ever did want to meet!(heavy on the sarcasm dude)!
Anywhere they are not allowed to rule, to install sharia, there is persecution by definition. THEIR definition.
Why is this so hard to understand?
It’s now your turn, you swarthy middle eastern, Islamic looking folks. Stop whining and start singing when you notice anyone of your kind acting suspiciously.
That goes double for CAIR and the ACLU.
Roger Creager got them back when he "plugged them melons good." ;)
The cashier was a she- and the Sikh religion does not require their females to be draped in headscarves. I know a Muslim/non human piece of female chattel when I see one dressed like her death-cult demands.
And I won’t deal with any of them, for any reason, period.
I know the difference between Muslims and Sikhs. I’ve had Sikh friends, went to their weddings, even learned to wrap the turban.Have no worries that I will mistake a Sikh for a Muslim.
Its not about being persecuted, its about using “civil rights” tactics against legitimate security concerns.
Don’t get me wrong...I totally agree with your sentiments!
“Muslims feel Persecuted but Evidence says Not”
Well at least we have the first half going for us... we need to square the evidence with their “Feelings”.
All of you .....get to work :)
