Can they produce documents with signatures? Checks? Etc?
I don’t believe it until there’s evidence, I doubt we’re hearing anything close to the unvarnished truth.

The LA Times does say they gave them a copy of the board minutes, but that doesn’t mean they were real. There is no evidence in the article that the LA Times verified that they were real. We’ve never ever seen the news media swallow phony documents before now have coupled with a lack of investigation we and then defend their actions and reporting to the death? Well Dan Rather does come to mind.
