I agree, miscreants like this need severe punishment. I’m guessing the lawn is only the tip of the iceberg. The walls inside her home, probably have paint that is over 2 years old on them.

Old paint? She probably had dated drapes too. That should at least rate a choke hold before cuffing the suspect.

Sorry, not enough information here to make stupid judgement calls like the lady was beat up etc... Those going off on their jack booted thug quotes are IMHO... not enough in the know to make that judgement.

Perhaps the officer was rough, perhaps the old lady was batty and does a little hysteric dance like my wifes grandmother does and got herself hurt in the process. I have seen my share of crazy screaming ranting from grandma enough to know that it is highly possible she made much of this crap up.
