Normally, if your in violation of an ordinance the city just sends you a nasty letter ie; “The United Nations” and says you have 30 days to fix the situation. If you don’t, then they will fix it for you and charge you.
Suppose your neighbor was pouring gasoline on his yard. Would you call the police?
WIldfires have claimed about 50,000 acres of land in Utah this year. Only about a tenth of the acreage each in Florida and Georgia, but nothing to sneeze at. Or do your neighbors property rights extend to its flammability?
