I don't think any of us know enough about the situation to be on either side, if we're picking sides. I think there is enough blame to go around..
The lady was immediately released and the cop was suspended which should show that he was in the wrong since cops are almost never suspended due to situations like this due to "closing ranks."
It is disturbing that so many freepers believe that "having an attitude" is an arrestable offense - especially on your own property.
