I just went over the original stuff on Corrie's offing and Ascension to sainthood(maple syrup not included) and I find I can not tell the difference between a John Deere and a Cat.
I assume that her parents are suing both, or the one who is not excluded from culpability. Makes no diff. the suit is bullshit regardless and without merit.

I agree with you on the lawsuit being incredibly stupid & worthy of scorn.

John Deere & Caterpillar are kind of like GM & Ford,
two completely different companies.
