Well there are still tons of unknowns in this 'settled' science. The science is so 'settled' they still don't know how minor things like cloud cover is going to effect it and they completely discount the sun's impact. I would not completely discount the possibility that increased CO2 levels could alter the climate, but the current so-called 'consensus' is dangerously stupid.
Or maybe a changing climate is altering CO2 levels.
No one has said that weather is a settled science except for GW believers.
The levels of CO2 that humans produce is a drop in the bucket and could have no desernible effect on climate change. The highest CO2 levels in the history of the world were accompanied by the coldest weather(millions of years ago).
CO2 is NOT an indicator of climate warmth. Water Vapor is the only "green house gas" that actually has an effect on weather. The Sun is the absolute provider of heat and cold on the planet earth and of our solar system. Anyone who believes the delusional crap put out by these people needs to have a brain transplant.
Sorry, but you know from your statements I perceive you to be a global warming appologist who just doesn't have the guts to come out and say so, so you tippy toe around the edges with your statements about green house gasses and try to temper them by saying GW is not true. Your statements say you believe otherwise.
One thing that isn't unknown is atmospheric absorption spectra. CO2 absorbs very little IR when compared to water vapor. Water vapor absorbs more wavelengths and more energetic wavelengths than does CO2. The idea that one's "carbon footprint" affects the environment is absurd. Algore's sweaty armpits do far more to warm the earth than my SUV!
