Umm, I do live in Florida but drinking 2 gallons of water a day is quite extreme (unless you work outside as a roofer, mowing lawns, laying concrete etc). And as far as cheating I am saying to you BAD LCS

Incidentally, I do consulting for a transplant program in So Florida and I cannot begin to tell you the problems we encounter with post-transplant patients which do not obey the fluid regimen.

Agreed, and the same is true of 2 gals of Coke or Diet Coke, which is the amount that is the equivalent of this studies results. A few tablespoons full of salt/day will also do you in. If you take anything in great excess, it will kill you.
