Diet drinks have been a Weight Watchers freebie for decades. Their diets still slim people down.

For how long do they manage to maintain the weight loss? And cancer and death also slim people down. Forget diets, proper nutrition and exercise is what keeps one healthy. We've all gotten lazier and lazier,,,I caught myself this week wheeling myself in my chair down to read a report off a diagnostic screen 10 feet away! SHAME ON ME!

The Weight Watcher brand of diet soda is sweetened with Splenda - also called sucralose.

I remember last year there was a Diet Coke brand available with sucralose, but I don’t see it anywhere anymore.
