Sickening - but is it true? The disease causes destruction of the myelin nerve sheath - wouldn’t transplanted organs have pre-existing nerve damage, and possibly progressive nerve damage after transplant, depending on whether the recipient’s system could supply the transplant with the necessary enzyme?

Who on earth would want to use organs from an autoimmune glucocorticoid deficiency? I feel sorrow for the mother who lost a child but I cannot believe that the pjysician had such evil intentions.
