Illegal Immigrant Charged with Raping 5-Year-Old in Delco (south eastern PA)

Police in Collingdale, Pa. have arrested an illegal immigrant on a charge of raping a five-year-old girl.

Investigators say Julio Cruz, 28, was living on the street, along with his Delaware County-native girlfriend. They were taken in by a good samaritan this week when, according to Collingdale police chief Robert Adams, Cruz ellegedly walked into the bedroom of the good samaritan’s daughter and raped her:

"At that point, she ran out of her bedroom, went to her mother’s room and woke her mother up."

Adams says when officers arrived, Cruz gave them a fake name and claimed he spoke no English. A fingerprint check revealed Cruz’s identity, as well as the fact he was listed as a “deportable alien” by the Immigration Department

Trust me, my buddy is an ICE agent. He has gotten into shouting matches with the ADA's here in STL. They claim their workload is such that even a heinous crime like this one, should be handed off to ICE just clear their desks..

Oooo, I like that. It’s both devious and effective. I would add one clause of mercy however. Let them have the opportunity to stand trial in their own country instead. Then if they ever step foot in USA again, they then get your penalty. I would also apply this to non-citizens here legally.

Most bad things that happen to children are as a result of stupid parents. Like that idiot woman in CT whose car rolled into the pond, killing her and 3 children. She got out of the car on a steep hill, even though her 2-year old son was out of his car seat, and her husband said he had switched gears several times before. Stupid (and now dead) Mom!

Any illegal alien guilty of a capital crime such as rape, murder, etc. against an American citizen should automatically get the death penalty- sentence carried out within two weeks of conviction.
