We can make as many choices as we want. We have no control over the outcome, however. I can choose to go on vacation to Tahiti, I can choose to eat a peanut butter sandwich, I can choose to get gas on the way home. Wether or not those plans of mine come to fruition is beyond my control.

God is either sovereign over his creation, or he isn’t.

“In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps”. Prov 16:9

It warms my heart that God is the one who directs the suicide bombings, the criminals, thugs, immoral people of the world to do what they do.

I guess they aren't responsible for their actions after all. (MAJOR /S)

Anybody can quote 1 or 2 scriptures and make the Bible sound like it teaches almost anything.

See my 186 post. The odds of you choosing Tahiti are X, the odds of what you eat based on what you like are X, the odds of how you shop for gas are based on X. You DNA code directs 1/2 of your behavior at conception. The rest is the variables (weather, people, animals etc.) which we cannot control. But that is what freewill means, at least with people. The perspective from God’s point of view is that you had a 99% chance of going to Tahiti, eating fluffernutters and using a car on your travel. It is still my decision to buck the variables (predictions) and I could choose to go to Mexico, eat nachos and stare at the sunset from a boat.
