What youre referring to is they natural by-product of sin, which God allows to occur - because this world is fallen and cursed. That these things are allowed to happen does not mean God approves of them.
I agree with this post. My point is that God allows these things, he doesn't pull everyone's strings like a puppet master and make them do certain things. He can guide them in a direction by means of Holy Spirit, but does not force anyone to do anything.
Punishment for sin would be unjust to the extreme if God made us do the sin in the first place.
