Either that or wait for someone to die, right?
Why wait, if you can speed it up? They’re going to die sooner or later. Dying sooner saves worthy lives. If you wait a day or two for the donor to die on his/her own, the recipient is unjustly inconvenienced. Or so I keep hearing.
