Thought it was funny that because it didn't assist any enviro-whackos agenda, that "they"no paid attention to the desert southwest today. BBQ and
cold BEER today!

I’m in Phoenix and the last two days were 112 and 114 respecfully.....we may get some wet weather ( a 10% chance) but that more means blowing dust maybe

It’s a mere 108 degrees here, and it’s not even noon yet. Barbecue will be made inside. LOL!

I will be spending the day in my pool with an ample supply of cold beer. I will fire up the grill as soon as the sun goes down. This is the forcast today as written in the Yuma Sun; Blazing sun, hot, high of 117.

..we may get some wet weather ( a 10% chance) but that more means blowing dust maybe I think I know why there is only a 10% chance of any kind of rain here. The air is so hot that the poor rain never gets a chance to make it to the ground. ;)

True normal weather is proof to mister L. Ron, as is abnormal weather. that is the beauty of his new religion.

So do they take the temperature the same way in Yuma, as they do here in Mesquite? I think I found a secret, hidden thermometer, with a fan blowing on it, in the shade, at the airport! In the sun, it's totally brutal, trip into the grocery story, five minutes, and the car can literally be 150 degrees upon return.
It's hot, when you start you car cold, and the temperature gauge is showing "low warm" reading.

If I was there I’d be jumping into my Suburban and heading north ‘til the outside temp cooled off a bit.

*Virga - Streaks or wisps of precipitation falling from a cloud but evaporating before reaching the ground. In certain cases, shafts of virga may precede a
microburst; see
