I wonder who these guys are..and what they are going to use the heli for...

All they have to do is fly across the border and do who knows what..

How many time has this particular type of hijacking happened in the western hemisphere? What steps are immediately put in place to prevent this MO from happening again? Would there be any type of tracking device on the helicopter?
