Google does a special celebration logo for St Patricks day (Ireland) and St Davids day (Wales) but not for St Georges day (England) because the cross of St George as well as being the English national flag, is also the flag of the crusades and Google is afraid it might offend it’s muslim users, who are presumably searching for ‘bomb-making’, ‘beheading advice’ or ‘national wife-beating day’. :(
