If Bush continues to refuse to enforce U.S. immigration laws, to secure the Mexican Border, and to halt further illegal immigration, he should be impeached.

Having spent many miles and many hours driving around our wonderful country, I can tell you that, by and large, truck drivers are some of the most patriotic Americans you’ll find.
Perhaps it’s time for them to start “rolling protests” (where they drive just below the speed limit and occupy all lanes) to show their distaste for this garbage.
I assume everyone realizes that this, along with the Amnesty Bill, are two of President Bush’s major efforts in implementing the NAU.

An unhappy Todd Spencer, executive director of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, believes the Bush administration "has preordained that the Mexican truck demonstration project will begin regardless who objects."![](http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k135/raybbr/oddballs/getusedtoit.jpg)

Speaking of Mexico, does anyone have a link to a story about a Chinese businessman in Mexico who was hiding drug money ($150 million) in the walls of his mansion for Pres. Calderon?

Were dealing with the Trans-Texas Corridor and the Mexican trucker pilot program here in the Houston area.
No one I know is for it. In fact, ranchers and property owners just north of us from Plantersville to Dallas area are admittedly opposed to it.
This is the largest destruction of property rights ever seen in the Lone Star State and Rick Perry, his Washington buddy GWB and all their globalist cohorts are cramming this down our throats just like their hokie immigration bill.
Traitors......they are ignoring the will of the people that put them in office.
We do not celebrate royalty here in America. I believe in praying and trusting our leaders, but when our leaders threaten the sovereignty of America and Texas....all bets are off.
This TTC and DOT programs were “not” put up for a vote, it was enacted under the cover of back room politics.

Congress had already passed H.R. 1773, the ‘Safe American Roads Act of 2007,’ which passed overwhelmingly 411-3,
I wonder what the vote was in the Senate?....... Looks like they would talk about that also.

We need to stop this just like we stopped amnesty. The elite have forgotten how it feels to face the wrath of the little people.

More than 100 members of the U.S. House of Representatives have written to President Bush, asking him why the Department of Transportation apparently is ignoring what the legislators want. The issue was raised by U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., who circulated the letter dealing with plans to hurry along with a "demonstration" project to allow Mexican truckers access to U.S. roads.
More of the same arrogant attitude:
"we can railroad U.S. laws and ignore what's best for Americans"

“114 congressmen: Why is DOT ignoring law?”
Who heads up the DOT?
Who does that person answer to?
That should answer that question quite easily.

This is a sad time in America. All the while that President Bush was called dumb, incompetent,a liar, impeachable, etc. by the Democrats and lefties, some of us still stuck with him knowing he was a good man inside. But now, even I, who have always stuck up for him, am losing all hope in his judgments. I’m to the point now that I can’t hardly wait for the next elections and the last of GW in the White House. I still think he is a good man but has lost all understanding of how we the people are feeling. If he is so dense as to not get it after this last immigration debacle, he will never get it. So sad on such a great day of celebrating our history.

I don’t know where or how to find the statistics, but does anyone know the accident rate and deaths caused by Mexican drivers? That should be interesting to see.
