OPPPPS!, Thanks....for setting the record straight.....my 'source' is my recollections of federal armed forces (circa '75) retirement policy......a USAF serviceman retired @ age of 38 according to AF Times Article....my DAD (deceased) , retired in '69 after 21 years.
