Of course. How silly of us. Doctor K showed us the way — no law, no medical standards can dare tell anyone what medical procedures can be performed. (end sarcasm)

Obviously, this doctor believes that abortions can be done for any reason, at any time, if the patient and the doctor agree to do it. Memo to Tiller — Doctor K didn’t win in court either....

Every time an abortion case reaches the Supreme Court, it provides the jusztices with more opportunities to gut Roe. It’s the longer route, but I like it.
