No...she worked 4 hours on my home at $80. plus $20 tip.

She took a day and a half to do the $250 job. I couldn't help but hope that she got a helper and paid that helper the $80 she would have accepted. But that's thinking like a businessman. ;^)

Gotcha. Mixing apples and oranges; I've done the cleans you speak of on vacants and repos. A different kind of cleaning entirely.

BTW, on MY general cleans I do get on my hands and knees and scrub the floors and baseboards, bleach out showers, and clean ceiling fan blades.
But I don't do windows...that is definitely extra!
