That’s what they all say.
It seems that Duncan Hunter is more “real” than the other candidates.
The existential truth about America is that it will always be in a struggle against fascists and dictators. They hate us because we give their people hope. We are on a collision course against the historical repression of human rights to liberty and freedom.
I see a multitude of countries combining their resources to thwart the United States, to minimize its influence: Venezuela, Russia, China, Iran, North Korea.
How will you deal with this looming global crisis of fascists and communists joining together against us?
Compare and contrast my FRiend....
That “deal” was same as Kennedy-McCain-Bush recently proposed and SOUNDLY defeated...TWICE. Someone is behind the times, but it is NOT Duncan Hunter!
Ahead of the curve on all the most important issues.
Hunter is quite articulate
Indeed....here’s another video I am certain you will appreciate:
A Coversation with Congressman Hunter

It was Tancredo who stated the next President needs to be someone that terrorists will absolutely FEAR. There was only one candidate that fits that bill....Duncan Hunter.

Also, he’s the only man in the race who supports military families and our wounded warriors.
My Question for President Elect, Duncan Hunter.
My representative, Congressman Pat Tiberi, Westerville, Ohio co-sponsored the following. I would like to know Congresman Hunter’s opinion and whether or not he would be in favor of passing this legislation.
110th CONGRESS
1st Session
H. CON. RES. 40
Rep. Tiberi is a cosponsor of H.Con.Res. 40, expressing the sense of Congress that: (1) the United States should not engage in the construction of a NAFTA Superhighway System; (2) the United States should not allow the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) to implement additional regulations to create a North American Union with Canada and Mexico; and (3) the President should strongly oppose these or any other proposals that threaten U.S. sovereignty. (The SPP entered into by the heads of state of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico in 2005 seeks to streamline movement across our borders and, as such, would eliminate the notion of illegal immigration and, consequently, would increase the inflow at our borders.) A so-called NAFTA Superhighway could have the effect of virtually eliminating U.S. borders, thus cosponsoring H.Con.Res. 40 is a step to protect U.S. sovereignty and border security.”

Good for you.
I noticed “write a letter to the editor” was on the list, and I just wrote one, and it was just published.

Did you post it here? You should! That will spread you voice further!
I am a picture person. I really need to update my personal statement, though.
Just two more days and I'll be celebrating FReeper Anniversary number FIVE! Press number two for the Spanish translation - which you'll receive after your cab is summoned, you're extracted from American soil and you're standing back in Mexico wondering what the h&LL hit you.
That just made me think of another question for Congressman Hunter ----
Would you support legislation to make English our official language, and remove this unnecessary waste of time where Americans have to "press 1 for English?"
I would like to see him in Sioux Falls, SD! I may have helpful connections for that.
And some of them are friends of mine. They gave me a comp Hunter cap and the DVD with “Cooking with Duncan Hunter.” I tried to play it yesterday but can’t get my computer to open up the file (mp4) Need to get in touch with them. Nicely done, pissant.
Hi Tina. You can play an mp4 file with Media Player Classic:

I was thinking LBJ was the last. I forgot Nixon was a senator too. You are correct. Nixon was the last senator to be elected president.
I think the governors have a much easier time running because of their lack of a federal voting record. That, plus their from being outside the beltway. Still, this race is more wide-open than any I can recall.
a
nd Happy American Independence Day to you :)With all due respect, the primary race is between two people - Fred and Rudy.
Not Hunter, Romney, McCain, Paul, etc. The math just isn’t there.
I’m voting for Paul in the primary but I know he hasn’t a tinker’s chance of winning. I’m doing that because our Republic is in grave danger of losing itself.
Hunter, Tancredo, Paul represent the best of House Republicans. But they are niche candidates.
I’m sorry that’s just reality.
