First, the is no anti-Muslim bias there, all applications have been strangled by red tape. My wife was recently naturalized, she isn't Muslim, and the red tape was gigantic. Second, the LAST thing we would want to do is give prospective Muslim immigrants any scrutiny. Right, CAIR?
And it is easily argued that Muslims are the cause for the increase in red tape.
