OSHA doesn’t regulate military unique operations.

And I’ve never seen the OSHA standard that applies to how cops conduct patrols.

I realize that OSHA doesn’t regulate the military, but the military does adhere to OSHA standards by choice.

I am sure that there are OSHA standards that do apply to cops even when they are on patrol. I bet that there are OSHA standards that apply during firearms training, yearly evals, etc. I bet that cops are not exempt from OSHA.
