Everyone knows where Bush stands on issues.
He does not change.
Why would anyone expect anything else when it came to Libby?
Pretending like you are surprised when he does this, or when he pushes for an immigration bill that he has supported forever, or how he has a backbone of steel when it comes to standing up against terrorists.
Everything he does is predictable.
It is time we stop acting so surprised.
