There used to be a place in Clinton Maryland called Shulers. They had the best Barbecue sandwich I ever tasted. We would drive 60 miles on a Sunday to get a sandwich.

They had waitresses that came to the car when you left your headlights on and they brought out your sandwich and hooked the rack to the car window.

After that there were several places around washington called the Dixie Pig. Man!! Those were good too.

They are gone now.

You know of course there are basically two types of Barbecue sandwich. The Dixie style using Vinegar base and the Yankee style using tomato. I like em both.

Good evening sgtbono2002, thank you for stopping in, and sharing your great stories.

We have some great Texas BBQ here where I am, but we also have a good Memphis BBQ restaraunt, awesome food!
